Position Summary:

The Senior AI Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills to gather requirements, define desired business outcomes, and recommend suitable AI technologies. By collaborating with internal and external teams, the Senior AI Engineer ensures the successful integration of AI systems that deliver measurable value and drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Development and Integration

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models that enhance decision-making, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Integrate AI models into existing business workflows and IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Client Collaboration and Consulting

  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and define desired outcomes.
  • Consult with clients to recommend AI technologies, frameworks, and solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Leadership and Innovation

  • Lead AI projects, providing technical direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging AI trends and exploring their application in client contexts.

Research and Problem-Solving

  • Conduct data analysis to uncover insights and inform AI model development.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated algorithms to address client-specific business challenges.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business teams, to align AI initiatives with organizational and client goals.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Core Requirements-Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a client-facing or consultative role.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions and driving measurable business outcomes.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.

Leadership and Consulting Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and mentoring teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships and provide consultative support.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
